FCAIO (“we”, “us”) provides executive AI leadership services to South African SMEs. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you use fcaio.co.za, complete the AI Readiness Scorecard, or request a fit call.
What we collect
- Booking requests: name, company, email, optional staff count, and optional description of your admin or margin pain.
- Scorecard submissions: your questionnaire answers, calculated readiness score and grade, and optional email if you provide one.
- Technical data: standard server logs (e.g. IP address, user agent) for security and rate limiting.
Why we collect it (POPIA purposes)
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule a fit call.
- To generate your scorecard result and improve our diagnostic.
- To maintain records of legitimate business enquiries.
- To protect the site against abuse (rate limiting, security).
How we use and share it
Personal information is used only for the purposes above. It is accessible to FCAIO operators via a secured admin panel. We may use email delivery providers to send lead notifications. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We retain booking and scorecard records for as long as needed to manage enquiries and our legitimate business interests, or as required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. Contact us using the details you used to enquire, or via the fit-call request form on this site.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including authenticated admin access and HTTPS in production.
